Domestic Shipping Policy/Shipment processing time
Our business hours are Monday -Thursday 9am-5pm pacific standard time. In observance of Jummah Prayer we are closed on Friday but will re-open on Saturdays 10am-6pm pacific standard time. We are closed Sundays.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and you should expect to have your package in 3-5 business days excluding Hawaii& Alaska. International orders take 1-2 weeks. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Allow additional days in transit for delivery. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders over $75 are eligible for free shipping in the United States. Our carrier of choice the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS (United Parcel Service) This rate is calculated based on the approximate weight of your package. When you put items in your shopping cart, the shipping cost is calculated and adjusted according to the items you put in your cart. If you'd like to know how much your shipping cost would be for an item, you can put it in your shopping cart and then click 'check out' to see how much the shipping cost is listed for that item or list of items.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Aadila International ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, International and APO/FPO/DPO
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Aadila International is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Aadila International is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns and Refunds
Sales are final on body oils, hand creams, lotions, bidets and nail polish.
