The Importance of Your Health

Our outer appearance may glow but inside can be destructive.  Start today by listening to your body. For instance, after I eat certain foods such as dairy products, I have these weird aches, pains and stiffness.  It happened a few more times before the 💡 came on. I researched and switched to an alternative. Surprisingly, the aches, pains and stiffness slowly went away. I am by no means saying what happened to me will be just as easy for you and this change does not happen overnight. What I am saying is that you know your body better than anybody.  Use your senses and do what you need to do to have a better quality of life.  Make those necessary changes and be cautious of what you put into your body. I once lived on the edge, it was fun while it lasted but I experienced unhealthy side effects.  My husband blessed me with the knowledge of the herbs.  I’m not advanced but I know enough for MY body. This knowledge along with certain berries and vegetables has rid my body of those awful ailments, Alhamdulilah.  Eat healthy, try some herbs like Seamoss, and get the family involved in some kind of activity.  I guarantee you will not regret.
